You must have dreamt of becoming a pilot since your childhood; you may be quite confident and self-assured in your decisions. You would be thrilled walking on road, while a flight flew overhead! The airplane in your dream shows varied experience, change, and discovery in life. In exploring the dream, you get connected with anything; it can also attack, crash, show anxiety, fear all at once. You need to have enough confidence and right certificate to become a private pilot

Requirements for Becoming a Pilot
For the past few years, airlines have become easier and safer to use; it becomes effortless for one to obtain private pilot’s license. By having private license, you can take joy rides with family, friends, or join business meetings, and take part in rescue missions and volunteer search.

How to get your Pilot License?
It’s much easier for you to learn if you fly often and here are some ways on how to obtain a private pilot license. To get that precious license, you should be at least 18-years age; if you plan to pilot a balloon or glider, you should be 16 or more. You should be able to read, understand, and speak English to become pilot in the US. You should provide medical certificate, citing that you’ve no defect that can make you unable to pilot a plane.

1.      Requirements
First of all, you should know what the requirements to become a pilot are; every student should be 16 year old to get enrolled for training and there is no age limit to fly, provided you’re medically fit. But you’ll have to be 18 to get pilot’s license. You should be medically fit and should clear the medical test in the initial phase itself.  People with poor eye sight usually don’t make good pilots. English being an international language is a must for every candidate. He or she should be able to understand, read and speak English thoroughly.

2.      License
Having license and certificate, you can fly under specific restrictions. You are allowed to pilot a single engine plane under VFR. You can take passengers along, sharing costs with them, though you can’t charge for the ride. Once you get license, you can fly commercial flights or become an instructor. While under training period, you can get different ratings and depending on that, you’re allowed to fly different contraptions, such as gliders, balloons, seaplanes, and helicopters or navigate in harsh weather or pilot multi-engine airplanes, etc.

3.      Find a Good Instructor
Make time to study and join a good school and get trained under a great, knowledgeable instructor. Ask your guide what needs to be improved in your studies; with the right command of the subject, instructor can also sign you off for solo flights. Choose a proper date to write exam, including medical test. Schedule a week or so for your solo and check ride. Memorize what was been taught, especially emergency checklist, as it is frequently forgotten.

4.      Get Medically Certified
Before you get started, get certificate from FAA or any reliable source that you’re fit enough to fly. Be confident and display your maneuver with command and be ready to learn.
